Coccus Cacti- rawness and tickle in throat worse warmth of bed at night.

Cough from irritation or tickling in the throat or chest. Cough from brushing teeth or rinsing mouth.Cough improves with cold drinks or cold air.

Cough with retching, vomiting or choking.

Racking cough that ends in vomiting of clear ropy mucus.


Silica - Often the remedy that needed as the cough progresses into its last stage

nasal congestion and snotty, breathless from slightest excretion, cough worse from eating or drinking quickly, cold drinks, deep sounding cough from low in throat worse in morning and can have green expectoration. cough from irritation in larynx.


Pulsatilla - Lots of muscus green or yellow, nasal discharge, watery, copious amounts, winging and weepy, dry throat, loose cough with mucus, worse morning and night, disturb sleep, worse in warm room better for being outside.
