Smoothie Peanut butter and Banana


Smoothie for tonight dinner day 2 of the body cleanse

Ingredients

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 bananas

1 tablespoon of peanut butter (used tahini if allergic )

1 tablespoon of maple

1 tablespoon protein

ice cubes

1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon yogurt

Mixed all together in a blender
