As this is for my assesment purposes I have made it pay what you want to cover the cost of the venue. Give what you can and if you can give much that ok as you are supporting me in obtaining my certification.
This will be a max of 4 people I will include some sound bowl healing at the end of the breathwork session to help integrate your experience.
There are a few contraindication with breathwork and if you have any of these please obtain a medical certificate from your doctor.
On any medication that change brain chemistry such as anti anxiety, anti depressent etc
Any neurological disorders or seziures
Epilpsy
Detached Retina
osteoprosis
Heart diease or heart attacks
Serve asthma - if you have asthma please bring your puffer
High blood pressure - if it is maintained please get the ok to do breathwork from your doctor
